CERTIFICATION IN JUNGIAN TYPE INDEX

Objective and purpose of JTI:

  • To understand preferences in the interaction with other people’s preferences for an optimal interaction
  • To be used in leadership- and group-development, communication and coaching.

Target group : HR/L&D/OD, internal and external consultants, coaches, manager

Outline for group certification training:
Approach and methodology used is a pparticipative format. The approach will leave room both for presentations, individual and group work.

GROUP TRAINING:


MODULE 1:
Day 1: Introductions, C.G. Jung and fundamental concepts, how are types combined? – type table

Day 2: Type dynamics – model and theory, types in practice, type development, work on type-feedback training

Day 3: Psychometrics, administration on-line and paper etc., type-feedback training, preparation of homework before module 2

MODULE 2: (3-4 weeks after module 1)

Day 4: Reflections of type-feedback training and report, cases applications of type, examination

INDUVIDUAL TRAINING:


Approach and methodology used is a combination of virtual individual work and face-to-face sessions performed in a participative format. The approach will leave room both for presentations, discussions, reflections, exercises and a high degree of flexibility in time planning.

MODULE 1:
Virtual part: Introductions, C.G. Jung and fundamental concepts, how are types combined? Self-assessment

Face-to-face part (1/2 day): Individual feedback and walk-through of the type index with exercises and reflections. Preparation of home work on type-feedback training

MODULE 2: (2 weeks after module
Virtual part: Type dynamics, type-feedback training, Self-assessment

Face-to-face part (1 day): Type dynamics – model and theory, types in practice, type development, type-feedback training and administration on-line and paper questionnaire and reports

MODULE 3: (3 weeks after module 2)
Administration on-line and paper questionnaire and reports, psychometrics, applications of type and group processes, self-assessment

Face-to-face part (1 day): Reflections from homework on type-feedback training, cases and applications of JTI, examination
